Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in West Bend, Wisconsin. You will support seniors with daily living activities, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship, helping them remain safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
