Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Springfield, TN is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and cared for at home. Overnight 12-hour shifts are available, along with daytime hours, offering a supportive team and meaningful work.

You’ll join a mission-driven group dedicated to helping clients stay independent in familiar surroundings. We offer competitive pay between $14.50 and $15.50 per hour, overtime, benefits, PTO, paid orientation and ongoing training, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
