Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring in Brentwood, TN for an in-home caregiver role with overnight 12-hour shifts. The position focuses on helping seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes, delivering compassionate companionship, and assisting with daily activities.

The role requires heart, reliable communication, and a willingness to support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s, while coordinating with a care team. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/HHA/resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
