Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc., a proud Home Instead franchise in Lewisburg, TN, is looking for compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. If you’re tired of rushed facilities and want to truly care, we’re hiring today, with Overnight 12-hour shifts available immediately.

You’ll assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
