Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, seeks compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join a team that lives our Love value and work 12-hour shifts with full-time hours available immediately.

You will assist with bathing, mobility, meals, and companionship, monitor safety, and report changes to the care team. We offer competitive pay, overtime, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.
• Strong communication and heart for in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
