We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers in Russellville, KY to help seniors at home. This role offers 12-hour shifts, full-time hours, and weekend requirements to support residents with daily activities and personal care.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Prior caregiving experience is valued, with CNA/home health aide exposure a plus. Call for details about benefits and schedule.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions

Caregiver Responsibilities
