Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate in-home caregiver to help seniors stay safe and comfortable in their own homes. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and practical support that respects dignity and independence.

Join a caring team with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for growth while supporting clients with ADL tasks, mobility, and cognitive needs. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
