Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is a proud Home Instead franchise focused on helping seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join a team that values compassion and reliable care as an in-home caregiver.

12 hour shifts and full-time hours are available immediately, with some weekends required. Benefits include competitive pay ($11.00–$14.00/hour), overtime, 401K with company match, health/dental/vision, PTO, paid orientation and ongoing training, mileage reimbursement and career growth

Qualifications

• In-home caregiving experience preferred or required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Heart of an in-home caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
