Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors remain safe and cared for in their own homes in Madison, WI. Full-time hours are available immediately with competitive pay and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and help with errands
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Essential Qualifications:

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills


• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
