Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. The role involves assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship.

We offer 12 hour shifts, full-time hours, weekends required, competitive pay $11.00–$14.00 per hour, overtime, benefits including health and dental, PTO, 401K with company match, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.

Essential Qualifications
