We Care Senior Care, Inc. is urgently hiring caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes in Wisconsin. Live-in and 12-hour shifts are available immediately, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and related cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
