We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Shelbyville, KY is hiring compassionate caregivers for in-home support. Evening and overnight 12-hour shifts are available. Join a team that values patience, kindness, and ongoing training while helping seniors stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA or home health aide experience desired but not required.
• Strong communication and compassionate caregiving are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
