Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers for The Oaks at Paso Robles to assist residents with daily living activities in a caring community setting.

You will help with meals, personal care, housekeeping, and safety monitoring while following individual care plans and reporting changes to supervisors. We offer competitive pay, a Daily Pay program, meals, holidays, 401K, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, meals, and personal care.
• Maintaining a safe, clean environment and monitoring changes in residents' condition.
• Criminal background check and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities as outlined in the resident service plan.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, showers, toileting, dressing and basic self-care.
• Ensure a safe environment and report any changes to the supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
