Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking compassionate CAREGIVER(s) to support residents across independent, assisted living and memory care settings. You will assist with ADLs, meals, laundry, and light housekeeping while following care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to follow resident care plans and maintain dignity.
• Willingness to be trained and meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Help with meals, laundry, and personal care per care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisor and document as required.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
