Job summary

Westmont Living, Cypress, CA, is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities in an assisted living and memory care setting. You will help with meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, and safety, following the resident service plan and reporting changes to your supervisor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, bed making, and meals.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral/hair care, transfers and ambulation as outlined in care plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
