Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to join our senior living community. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, mobility, and personal care, while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including meals, bathing, dressing and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report changes in condition promptly.
• Follow resident service plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as housekeeping, making beds and serving meals.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent.

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
