Job summary

Westmont of Pinole is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community seeking a compassionate CAREGIVER to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

You will assist with meals, personal care, mobility, and housekeeping while observing residents for changes and reporting to supervisors. Training is provided, and benefits are available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must provide compassionate resident care and support with daily activities.
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition to supervisor.
• Commitment to a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and meal service to residents as needed.
• Monitor safety and report changes or concerns to supervisors.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
