Job summary

Westmont Living in Paso Robles is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and support a safe, homelike environment.

You will help with ADL tasks, meals, personal care, and reporting changes to the supervisor. We offer competitive pay, benefits after 30 days, daily pay, and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals and personal care as outlined in the resident service plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all residents and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate pertinent information to the supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor
