Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help seniors live safely and with dignity in their own homes. You will support daily activities and provide companionship on each shift.

We offer 12- and 24-hour shifts and full-time hours today, with a competitive pay range of $15.00–$16.50 per hour, plus overtime. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match, mileage reimbursement, training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CNA is a plus.
• Strong communication with clients and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Support client safety and well-being, report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
