We Care Senior Care, Inc. is urgently hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors in their own homes. Overnight shifts are available, and caregivers will provide daily assistance and companionship with a compassionate approach.

Competitive salary plus benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, paid training, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing support from a caring office team.

Qualificações

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Conhecimentos
