Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors in Kentucky. The role offers evening and overnight 12-hour shifts with competitive pay, overtime, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Join our compassionate team and help seniors remain safe and cared for in their own homes while building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/health aide/resident assistant experience desired but not required.
• Able to work evenings/overnights and navigate in-home care settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
