Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Marshfield, WI is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in their homes, providing bathing, mobility assistance, meal prep, and companionship. You will work with a caring team under a Home Instead franchise.

We offer competitive wages ($14.00-$15.50/hr), overtime, flexible schedule, health/dental/vision, PTO, paid orientation and training, retirement plan with company match, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive office team.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
