Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. You will assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and support families with personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
