Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CNA/home health aide is a plus.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care are essential.
• Ability to perform in-home caregiving tasks with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
