We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. Join a Home Instead franchise dedicated to safety, dignity, and personalized care.

This role focuses on in-home assistance rather than facilities. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility support, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Prior caregiving experience is valued; CNA or HHA credentials preferred but not required; training and growth opportunities are

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
