Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers in Wisconsin to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join a company committed to love, patience, and respect, with supportive guidance and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and reporting changes to the care team. Flexible schedules, competitive pay, and full benefits are offered to qualified caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have heart for in-home caregiving and strong communication.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/HHAs encouraged but not required.
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands.
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
