Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a proud Home Instead franchise, is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe at home. The role focuses on in-home care, companionship, and daily living tasks in a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus but not required.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands as needed.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
