Job summary

Westmont of Chico, part of Westmont Living, seeks compassionate caregivers to support residents across ADL tasks in a senior living community. The role requires warm, patient interaction and a commitment to residents’ well-being in a homelike setting.

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals, personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, transfers and ambulation.
• Keep environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observe residents for safety and report changes to supervisor.

What we need from you:

• Must have Full open availability
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,
  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,
  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.
• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
