Job summary

We Care Senior Care/Home Instead is hiring compassionate caregivers in the Town of Plover, WI to help seniors remain safe in their homes. Overnight shifts are available, and we provide flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

As a caregiver you’ll assist with bathing, mobility, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, building trusted relationships with clients and families. We offer competitive pay, overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
