We Care Senior Care, Inc. is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe at home. We offer 12 and 24 hour shifts and full-time hours, with immediate start opportunities. Join a supportive team that values care, respect and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving or assisted living is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide, or RA experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping and errand assistance.
• Support client safety, well-being and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
