We Care Senior Care, Inc., a Home Instead franchise, is hiring in Wisconsin to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. If you’re compassionate and ready to truly care, apply today.

Overnight shifts are available. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Training provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and empathy for clients and families.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Essential Qualifications
