Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is an urgent-care in-home caregiving franchise of Home Instead, dedicated to helping seniors stay safe and cared for in their own homes. We offer 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, plus full-time hours, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Join a team that prioritizes compassion, teamwork, and growth—providing companionship, mobility support, meal prep, and safety reporting to families. CNA/HHAs are welcomed if available; experience in caregiving is valued.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
