Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and companionship.

Join our team for flexible weekend shifts, competitive hourly pay, overtime, paid orientation and ongoing training, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands as needed.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
