Agape Child & Family Services in Memphis is seeking a TeamWorks Career Services Supervisor to lead Connectors and oversee workforce development programs. You will ensure fidelity to program design, manage case notes, and support data-driven continuous quality improvement across the Powerlines Community Network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or social work with at least 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience using case management systems and data collection procedures.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Connectors to achieve program outcomes.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and data entry in the Penelope system.
• Provide regular reporting to ensure grants and funding compliance.
• Coordinate on-site events and activities for program participants.
• Attend and participate in team and multidisciplinary meetings.
