Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services, Inc. in Memphis seeks a SCSEP Supervisor to lead participant services, eligibility, and enrollment within the Powerlines Community Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, Workforce Development, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including program coordination and supervisory experience; 7 years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of SCSEP workforce services.
• Supervise, train, and support SCSEP staff to ensure consistent program implementation and participant-centered service.
• Oversee participant recruitment, eligibility determination, enrollment, priority-of-service practices, recertification, and required documentation.
• Ensure participants receive comprehensive assessments and that assessment information is used to develop and update IEPs.
• Oversee the development, approval, monitoring, and rotation of Community Service Assignments (CSAs) with host agencies.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with host agencies; conduct orientation, site monitoring, and follow-up.
• Monitor participant training hours, timesheets, payroll documentation, attendance, and activity.
• Coordinate participant training, workshops, digital literacy, job readiness, and career exploration.
• Lead job development and transition efforts with staff, employers, workforce partners to support unsubsidized employment.
• Collect, record, analyze, and communicate data related to SCSEP services, participant progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain current documentation of participant services in case management systems.
• Attend regular supervisory and team meetings.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
