Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct and update individual/family needs assessments to create tailored service plans.
• Provide two-generational, family-driven services to address barriers.
• Maintain an active caseload of up to 20–25 families and supervise staff.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure program compliance.
• Coordinate services, referrals, and data collection to meet grant requirements.
