This full-time role supports youth impacted by violence by providing individualized guidance, workforce readiness instruction, mentorship connections, and access to resources. The Youth Connector collaborates with employers, mentors, and community partners to create pathways toward employment and long-term economic mobility, with occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Engage youth and young adults impacted by violence through supportive, hope-centered coaching.
• Coordinate workforce readiness activities, career exploration, and employment preparation.
• Support emotional wellness and resilience, linking to workforce resources.
• Build relationships with employers, mentors, and community partners to expand opportunities.
• Promote digital and AI literacy, and track participant outcomes for program improvement.
