Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services seeks a TeamWorks Career Services Supervisor to supervise Connectors and lead workforce development activities within the Powerlines Community Network. You will ensure fidelity of programs, accurate data entry in Penelope, and regular reporting to support grants and outcomes across multiple communities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in workforce development and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, social work, or related field; 4+ years in workforce development or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience and ability to supervise a team of Connectors.
• Experience with data collection, reporting, and case management systems (Penelope preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Connectors to achieve defined outcomes and ensure program fidelity.
• Carry a caseload as needed and support Connectors across multiple communities.
• Coordinate on-site events and activities to engage participants and promote stability.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide data to Agape and partners for input into data systems.
• Provide regular reporting to ensure grants and funding requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to implement training and continuous improvement.
• Engage in team meetings and agency-wide trainings to improve service delivery.
