Job summary

Agape Child & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Family Connector in Memphis, TN.

You will manage a caseload of families, provide leadership to Family Connectors, and implement two-generation, trauma-informed interventions to support families toward self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include assessment, service coordination, and documentation to meet program and grant requirements, with a focus on community engagement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in social work or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or related field with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated case management experience in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and update individual/family needs assessments to develop an individualized service plan.
• Provide two-generational/whole-family services and engage families toward goals.
• Coordinate services, monitor progress, and ensure documentation meets program standards.
• Maintain an active caseload of up to 20–25 clients/families and supervise staff as assigned.
• Facilitate connection to housing, health, education, and workforce services.
• Lead supervision with Family Connectors, offering coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure timely client contacts, crisis outreach, and data entry compliance.
• Assist program leadership with staff development, case reviews, and quality assurance.
