Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in workforce development or related field.
• Experience working with youth/young adults and diverse communities; strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual/family needs assessments to create service plans.
• Provide two-generational, family-driven services and referrals.
• Document services accurately in Penelope and VOS; track progress and outcomes.
• Coordinate events and collaborate with partner agencies; attend meetings and trainings.
