Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage prospective students by phone, in person, and virtually, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment. You will build trust through consultative conversations and conduct campus tours and information sessions to showcase educational options.

The role requires documenting interactions in our systems and collaborating with Financial Aid, Academic, and Student Services teams to support student success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
