Serenity is seeking a Customer Experience Coach to work on-site with our program in the Town of Florida, NY. You will work one-on-one with individuals during scheduled sessions, helping them stay engaged, organized, and encouraged throughout the program.

No specialized industry experience required. We provide full paid training. Compensation is $23-$30 per hour plus quarterly performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience in any industry.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support during scheduled program sessions
• Operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided)
• Encourage participants through journaling, goal-setting, and mindfulness exercises
• Maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members
• Ensure each participant's experience is professional, supportive, and respectful
• Follow established processes and standards to maintain a consistent experience
