You will prepare repair orders, provide cost/time estimates, schedule appointments, and upsell appropriate services while building lasting relationships within Baltimore’s Best family-owned auto group.

Qualifications

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and maintain communication throughout the service process.
• Assist in vehicle assessment by questioning the customer and coordinating with technicians.
• Explain vehicle problems and recommended services in clear terms to customers.
• Prepare repair orders, provide accurate cost and time estimates, and obtain customer approval for work.
• Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and upsell appropriate products or services.
• Demonstrate strong automotive knowledge to communicate effectively with technicians and customers.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage schedules efficiently.
• Proficiency with service software such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and upsell additional products or services when appropriate and follow up with customers to maintain relationships.
• A strong understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance is necessary to communicate with technicians and advise customers.
