Responsibilities include scheduling, creating repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and providing status updates while leveraging strong product knowledge and warranty

Qualifications

• Automotive customer service experience desired.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer and data-entry ability.
• Ability to meet targets and provide a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts team for timely service completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
