Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns, maintaining communication throughout service.
• Assess vehicle issues with customers and coordinate with technicians.
• Explain repairs and provide cost/time estimates; obtain customer approval.
• Schedule appointments, manage work orders, and upsell appropriate services.
• Maintain automotive knowledge to advise customers effectively.
