Job summary

Bob Bell Chevrolet of Bel Air/Baltimore is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Main Shop team. You will welcome customers, gather vehicle data, and clearly communicate concerns to technicians to ensure quality service.

The role offers strong earning potential with performance-based pay and opportunities for career growth within our family-owned dealership group. CDK experience is a plus and a proven customer-satisfaction record is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager
• Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction
• CDK software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally
• Gather and record customer and vehicle information
• Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age, mileage, and vehicle history
• Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers
• Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service
• Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work
• Explain services performed, recommendations, and charges to customers
