Career Team is seeking a Career Advisor to deliver career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services onsite at the California location. You will work under the Project Director to support workforce development initiatives and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes intake, eligibility, IEP development, and client referrals, with data entry and compliance as ongoing duties. The position is 100% onsite, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
• Must be computer literate with MS Word and Excel and able to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Ability to work in diverse settings and motivate clients toward goals.
• Knowledge of WIOA program and workforce program requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide information and case management services to the community.
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for workforce programs.
• Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs through interviews and testing.
• Serve as liaison between workforce programs and community partners.
• Develop a comprehensive Employment Plan (IEP) for customers and refer to contracted programs onsite or in the community.
• Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks; participate in staff events and training.
• Complete all required reports and maintain compliant case files.
