Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Career Advisor to provide career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services onsite at a Tennessee location. You’ll work under the WIOA Program Lead, supporting clients, maintaining records, and guiding employment plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong communication, and the ability to learn workforce databases. Travel up to 30% and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of community resources.
• MS Word and Excel skills at minimum; ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and case management services to the community and eligible participants.
• Collaborate with Intake Specialist to determine eligibility for the workforce program.
• Assess jobseekers’ employment, abilities, and training needs through interviewing and testing.
