Job summary

FreedomCare LLC in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Care Specialist I to join a hybrid team. You will handle high-volume calls, support patients and caregivers, and ensure accurate data entry in our CRM systems.

The role offers in-office 3 days per week with 2 days remote and training to grow within the company. You will work with HR inquiries, timekeeping, payroll, and health plan interactions while delivering empathetic, clear communication and efficient resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, with ability to manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls.
• Ability to follow processes and maintain data accuracy in CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills and empathy with diverse clients.
• Comfort with multitasking and using multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume inbound/outbound Service Center calls related to HR inquiries and health plan care requests.
• Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive inquiries.
• Maintain exceptional customer service via call reviews and post-call surveys.
• Input accurate data entries of sensitive information.
• Conduct status reviews to ensure service delivery and compliance.
• Screen patients and caregivers for additional programs and benefits.
• Communicate clearly to ensure needs are addressed and foster positive experience.
• Address questions or complaints with timely resolutions and meet SLAs.
• Follow up with patients and caregivers via calls, SMS, and emails.
• Serve as a point-of-contact for caregivers on pay discrepancies, timesheet errors, and schedules.
• De-escalate dissatisfied callers and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to monthly client service and compliance standards.
• Update case files in CRMs and manage call dashboards.
• Assist in managing assignments and reporting.
