Job summary

FreedomCare in Pennsylvania seeks a Care Specialist I to provide seamless customer service from a hybrid home-office setting, traveling to the Pittsburgh office 3 days a week.

You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, maintain accurate data in CRMs, and collaborate with caregivers, patients and health plans to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a call center setting.
• Proficient in CRM tools and data entry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls for HR inquiries and care requests.
• Follow up with patients, caregivers, and health plans for time-sensitive items.
• Input accurate data and maintain case files in CRMs.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers and meet service level goals.
• Coordinate with caregivers and teams to ensure timely care delivery.
